Lemniscaat, 2004

Graduation project AKV Sint Joost (Den Bosch)

Nominated for the Lucasprijs , award for the most promising graduate form the academy in 2004. Taken from the jury report:
“Tijs’ installation is intriguing because there is a noticeable hidden investigation system, which doesn’t dominate the image. This system is translated into a construction with lightness and playfulness. The way in which the existing architecture of the area is used indicates the artists great sense of spaciousness. The drawings, texts and diagrams complimented the overall picture”
