26 Jun Call for proposals Boompijl: deadline July 15

For the first series of Boompijlen (Tree Arrows), we ask Eindhoven based artists to make artwork. Stijn Bles, Iris Penning, Braz, Stijn van Leest and Tijs Rooijakkers are already participating. Are you sixth in the list? Send in your design and win 250 euros to realize your idea. What impact would you like to have with your arrowhead? Shoot, Boompijl is your canvas!

Conditions:

• You live in Eindhoven
• Send one or more sketches or visualizations
• Max 100 words explanation
• Include your name, phone number and link to your website or portfolio if you have one
• You are able to apply your design to the arrowhead in the week of July 20. Remember that it must be weather resistant.
• We supply basic material of the arrowhead, and paint if desired.
• We mount the arrowhead on the tree and are responsible for this.
• If you know a beautiful crooked tree in Eindhoven, please let us know. Then we will check whether it is suitable for attaching your arrowhead.

• Deadline for submission: July 15
• Winner announcement: July 17
• Placement of arrowhead: in consultation, but no later than July 26
